cinco de mayo is children's day in korea, which means, all the kids have the day off from their schools and teachers get to have fun instead of working! so patrick set up a kickball game and burrito party, (which turned into pizza cause the burrito place was to small for all of us) against his friend suzanne's school in bundang (boon-dang) and our school in gandong (kang-dong) about a 45 min subway ride from our line 5 stop.
and so it was:
Bundang vs. Gangdong
gangdong, up to kick first
mary home for our first run of the game
Bundang (left side of the ball) | Gangdong (right side...)
even though bundang had the home plate advantage, they lost by a landslide in the end
